The 230 MW, natural gas fired combined cycle plant is located in Brandywine, Maryland, in Prince George's County on a thirty-acre site at Route 301 and Cedarville Road.

The plant is owned by Panda-Brandywine, LP, Dallas, Texas, Panda Energy.
