Roy Paul Dyson was born in [[Great Mills, Maryland]], November 15, 1948to Marie and Leroy Dyson. Roy has an identical twin brother, Lee. Dyson has been involved in politics since his teens. He is currently the State Senator for [[Legislative District 29]] and has also served in the Maryland House of Delegates and U.S. House of Representatives. Dyson currently resides in Great Mills.
