Roy Paul Dyson was born in [[Great Mills, Maryland]], November 15, 1948 to Marie and Leroy Dyson. Roy has an identical twin brother, Lee. Former assistant director of Operations, Democratic National Committee Dyson has been involved in politics since his teens.
