[[NESEA]] (Webster Field was formerly the home of a Navy engineering and logistics operation known as the Naval Electronic Systems Engineering Activity(NESEA), which was under the command SPAWAR. [[Robert Waxman]] was NESEA's technical director and protagonist for decades.
